Short and in plain language: what we collect, why, who we share it with and for how long — including audience metrics (Google Analytics).

Contact form: name, company, WhatsApp and message. Used exclusively to answer your request and handle the conversation you started — legal basis: preliminary procedures at the data subject's request (art. 7, V, LGPD).
IP address and technical origin of the submission (which page it came from, whether it arrived via search, an AI or a shared link): stored alongside the lead to prevent abuse and fraud in the forms and to give context to the conversation — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). We do not use this for advertising.
Audience metrics: besides an aggregate count of our own (per day, page and origin, identifying no one), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited and clicks on contact buttons. GA4 uses Google cookies/identifiers and processes data such as a truncated IP and browser characteristics — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). We never send Google your name, e-mail or phone. You can block these cookies in your browser with no loss to the site.
We use one strictly functional session cookie (it protects the forms and expires when you close the browser) and the statistical cookies of Google Analytics 4, described above. There are no advertising cookies.
We do not sell or hand over your data. It passes only through the technical operators required: hosting provider, e-mail service and Google Analytics (metrics). This site does not process payments and does not collect card data.
Commercial leads are stored for as long as the relationship or the conversation you started lasts, or until you ask for deletion. Aggregate metrics (which identify no one) are kept for historical analysis of the site.
When a development or licence contract is signed, we collect the registration data required for the contract and the invoice (name/company name, tax ID, address, contact). As for the data you register inside the delivered system (your own clients and users), you are the controller and Fragasoft is the processor (LGPD). Hiring itself happens outside this site.
Retention when the contract ends:
