Afiliados Fragasoft brings both sides together: those who want to sell their own product and those who want to earn by promoting. The money is split at payment time — each share lands directly in the account it belongs to.

How it works
When someone buys through the offer page, the amount comes out already divided: the producer share goes to the producer account and the affiliate share to the affiliate account, at the same instant. The platform holds no one's money, makes no transfers and owes nothing next month.
Both invoices for every sale are issued automatically — producer to customer and affiliate to producer — and are cancelled along with a refund inside the legal window.
The commission goes straight to the affiliate account at the moment of the sale. No spreadsheets to keep, no transfers to wait for.
A subscription product splits again on every payment collected, automatically, for as long as the customer stays active.
Every product gets a page built to sell. The affiliate only has to bring people to it — the platform handles the rest.
Producer and affiliate each hold their own payment account. That is what makes the instant split possible, with no middleman holding funds.
A guarantee period per product, as the law requires. A refund within the window undoes the sale, and the commission with it.
On the 1st of each month, producer and affiliate get the previous month closed — amounts, sales and the details each one needs for their own tax side.
The part nobody else solves
On every confirmed sale, the system issues both invoices on its own: the producer to the customer and the affiliate to the producer — tied to that sale. If a refund happens within the legal window, both are cancelled automatically. Late invoices and undocumented commission do not exist here: either the system issues it, or the sale does not happen.
For that, producer and affiliate qualify once — a Brazilian company registration (CNPJ, and the MEI counts) and an A1 digital certificate — and never think about invoicing again. The platform issues using the details of each side and delivers, on the 1st of each month, the previous month closed for the accountant on each side. Buyers need none of it: the customer is free.
